The role

As a copywriter with SEO skills in the Marketing & Communications team, you will work closely with stakeholders, and get an opportunity to become a key player in your area.

Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging content for printed as well as digital media, with an SEO focus. You will make sure that our messaging is seamlessly conveyed across all channels, compliant to medical accuracy and following relevant regulations.

You will report to our Marketing Operations & Content Manager and Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling written content that resonates with our audience in both short and long format (social media posts, paid ads, blog articles, FAQ, newsletters, and other channels).
• Manage assigned copywriting tasks, keeping records updated and ensuring smooth content production processes.
• Edit, review, and proofread all content to ensure it is accurate, high-quality, and aligns with brand standards before distribution.
• Collaborate closely with medical and regulatory teams for review to ensure that the content is medically accurate and compliant to local legal requirements.

• Optimize web content with on-page SEO techniques (title tags, alt attributes, meta descriptions, internal linking) for improved visibility and rankings.
• Contribute with content suggestions that align with SEO strategies, based on search data in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Yoast).

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role demonstrates excellent copywriting skills, is eager to work efficiently with AI in the writing process and can manage day-to-day content tasks with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Native-level English writer with excellent copywriting skills, preferably 2+ years experience of copywriting.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
• A good understanding of on-page SEO techniques and best practices.
• Experience working with CMS systems (e.g. WordPress).
