Partnership Developer

Location
This role is based at our head office (Campus Solna, Karolinska Institute in Stockholm) with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
The Opportunity
Are you a dynamic go-getter with a knack for building relationships and making things happen? Cellcolabs is looking for a Partnership Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in transforming the future of healthcare.
In this role, you’ll be focused on sourcing and nurturing partnerships with medical professionals and organisations—think independent physicians, longevity clinics, concierge practices, and wellness clubs/resorts. Your ultimate goal? Activating these partnerships and fostering strong engagement and collaboration.
This role is perfect for a junior professional with 2–4 years of experience, ideally in management consulting, tech scale-up, or a similarly fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone with a hustler attitude who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done. Key Responsibilities
- Source and Acquire New Partnerships: Identify, source, and establish relationships with new medical partners, including physicians, clinics, wellness resorts, and concierge practices. Proactively seek out opportunities to expand our network of partners, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality collaborations.
- Activate and Manage Partnerships: Develop and implement digital strategies to engage partners effectively as we scale, ensuring their success and alignment with Cellcolabs’ goals. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships by providing support and resources, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Proactively work with partners to increase engagement.
- Identify Strategic Events and Conferences: Research and select high-impact global events that attract key stakeholders and potential partners. Plan and coordinate Cellcolabs’ participation to maximise networking and partnership opportunities. This role requires frequent travel to attend events, representing Cellcolabs and build and strengthen relationships worldwide.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field, preferably from a top university, with an interest in healthcare/biotech and strong academic performance.
- 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment such as management consulting, tech scale-up or similar roles.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to balance strategic decisions with hands-on execution.
- Open to traveling internationally to meet partners and attend events.
