About Cellcolabs
Cellcolabs is a biotech impact startup pioneering the large-scale production of high-quality mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). With efficient, GMP-compliant manufacturing, we aim to accelerate the adoption of cell therapies worldwide, ultimately improving global health.
Your Responsibilities
As a GMP Engineer, you’ll be a key member of our production team, helping to develop and manufacture advanced cell therapy products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing cell therapy products in Grade B cleanrooms according to GMP.
- Performing daily production activities including stem-cell culture, routine preparations and documentation.
- Supporting environmental monitoring of production facilities.
- Handling GMP-related documentation, deviations, change control, CAPAs and qualification-/validation tasks.
- Assisting with inventory, material management, and equipment oversight.
- Analyzing results and production data.
- Supporting our service technician when needed.
What you bring
We’re looking for someone eager to grow with us and thrive in a dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A university degree in biotechnology, chemical engineering, or a related life science field.
- Proven hands-on experience with aseptic cell culture.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Experience performing aseptic operations in a Grade B cleanroom.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Swedish considered an advantage.
