Role Overview
Cellcolabs Clinical is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded Country Manager to lead and further develop our Bahamas operation.
This is the local leadership role within Cellcolabs Clinical in The Bahamas and carries overall responsibility for the company’s local performance, organizational leadership, stakeholder management, and continued growth in The Bahamas.
The role combines commercial development, operational oversight, patient experience ownership, and organizational leadership, with a strong focus on strengthening the clinical business, enhancing the patient journey, driving recruitment efforts, and building strategic partnerships and collaborations.
This position is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to take the next step in their career and assume broad responsibility within a growing healthcare organization. While the role carries overall responsibility for the local business, the successful candidate will work closely with Cellcolabs’ international leadership team and receive support from experienced colleagues across the organization.
This position is based in Nassau, The Bahamas. The successful candidate is expected to work from Nassau and, if not currently based there, should be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Clinical Development
Lead the continued local development and growth of Cellcolabs Clinical in The Bahamas, with a strong focus on patient recruitment, client conversion, and commercially sustainable growth.
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end patient experience, ensuring every patient interaction reflects the company’s standards of quality, professionalism, and service.
Identify and support strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business opportunities aligned with the company’s long-term objectives and positioning in regenerative medicine.
Leadership & Organizational Responsibility
Provide overall leadership for the Bahamas organization, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and service-oriented culture aligned with Cellcolabs’ values and standards.
Set priorities, align teams, and support organizational development to ensure effective execution across clinical, laboratory, and operational functions.
Support recruitment planning, team development, and organizational structure in line with the company’s evolving needs and growth objectives.
Stakeholder & External Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, partners, vendors, regulators, and other key external stakeholders.
Represent Cellcolabs Clinical in interactions with institutions, authorities, and strategic collaborators, acting as the primary local representative of the organization.
Act as the key liaison between local operations and Cellcolabs’ international organization, ensuring alignment with company strategy, standards, and priorities.
Operational Oversight
Maintain overall responsibility for the effective day-to-day operation of the clinic, lab, and support functions, ensuring high standards across patient coordination, scheduling, staffing, logistics, quality, and operational execution.
Identify operational bottlenecks, coordinate resources, and help remove barriers that may impact efficiency, patient experience, or organizational performance.
Support teams across functions and ensure effective coordination between clinical, laboratory, administrative, and support operations.
Qualifications & Experience

We believe you have:
A background in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, wellness, clinical operations, business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally within healthcare, clinical services, diagnostics, wellness, or another client-facing environment.
An interest in business development, patient experience, commercial growth, and organizational development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, physicians, partners, and colleagues.
A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style, combined with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
Thrives in entrepreneurial and fast-evolving environments, combining structure, adaptability, sound judgement, and hands-on execution.
Demonstrates strong integrity, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement when handling sensitive business, patient, and stakeholder matters.
Previous leadership, project management, supervisory, or team coordination experience is advantageous but not required.
Experience from a medical, clinical, diagnostics, wellness, or healthcare setting is highly valued.
